Attached are the grading grids I’ve adapted from art. The cool thing about them is that when you type the names in the column on the left, it automatically types the name on the right for the report card grades.
They have to be run on legal paper, but the report card section folds under. It can also be copied to give to the teachers with just that section of the sheet.
